Mr and Mrs Evans decided to celebrate their wedding anniversary with a retreat to the Port of the Islands Resort. In addition to enjoying their stay at this beautiful Old Florida hotel, they decided to experience backwater fishing within the Ten Thousand Islands. Captain Jim Schmidt put the couple on some nice Redfish and Mangrove Snapper; which they later enjoyed for dinner.
